432 Park Avenue is a residential building located in the Midtown area of Manhattan, New York. At 426 meters (1,340 ft), it is the third tallest building in the United States and the second tallest in New York City.

Located at the upscale 432 Park Avenue between East 56th and 57th Streets, this is perhaps one of the most prestigious and select buildings in New York .
The building has 85 floors , plus 3 basement floors. Each floor has an area of 368 m² and each of the 4 floors has 6 large arched windows measuring 3 m x 3 m. For each of the 88 floors, the ceiling height is 3.80 m.
It was architect Deborah Berke and the firm Bentel & Bentel who were responsible for the interior decoration. There are more than 100 apartments. These accommodations range in size from small 32 m² studios to large 6-bedroom apartments.

Construction of the tower required the demolition of Drake Lodge, a legendary building built in 1926 that was home to celebrities such as Frank Sinatra, Mohamed Ali, Jimi Hendrix and Glenn Gould.
In 2006, Drake Lodge was purchased for $440 million by real estate developer Harry Macklowe, who was behind the 432 Park Avenue tower project. The resort was demolished the following year and architect Rafael Vinoly designed the new building at 432 Park Avenue.
Based mainly on its roof top, this skyscraper is the tallest building in New York . In fact, skyscrapers taller than it only achieve this thanks to their antennas . Construction of the building began in September 2011 and the roof was officially completed on October 10, 2014.
Final finishing touches lasted until early 2015. The main apartments began to be occupied in early 2016.
